8.🍺 Farewell to award-winning Andina Brewing - Closed permanently due to landlord dispute, the business is now for sale.

9.☕️ JJ Bean closing Woodward's location - The Vancouver coffee chain is shutting its downtown Gastown cafe on July 31.

10.🍵 Farewell, Tea Drop Café - The downtown bubble tea joint is closing its doors July 30 after a year of operation.
